Unfortunately, this is recognized as use in Japan when you arrive at the hotel in Japan. Therefore, taxes will be charged. It is not possible to be exempt from tax.

I'm sorry, but it looks like you can't order from out of state shipping. To get a HHKB keyboard, I would need to buy a parallel import.

I understand. I’m currently in Japan for short-term business trip, that’s why I’m asking. I want to order it at PFU online shop and it can be shipped to the hotel. Is that possible to have tax free?
