今回、下記の内容（英文）で
どうやらアカウントが凍結されてしまったみたいです。
翻訳サイトを使ってみたのですが、
いまいち理解できませんでした。
1）運転免許証のコピー
2) 名前と請求先の住所を示している最近のクレジットカード明細書、
銀行取引明細書、またはユーティリティ請求書のコピー
上記２点のコピーをFAXするのだと思うのですが、
免許証、クレジットカード明細書等は日本語のものでよいのでしょうか？
（日本語のものしか用意できませんが・・・）
また、２）の
名前と請求先の住所を示している最近のクレジットカード明細書、
銀行取引明細書、またはユーティリティ請求書のコピー
とはどのようのものでしょうか？
クレジットカード明細書や銀行取引明細書は
ほとんどネット上でのオンライン請求書にしてあるので無いのですが？
