FF11をやろうとしたらBIOS関係でトラブル

質問

FF11をインストールして始めようとしましたら
ブルーバック？になって下記の英文が書かれていました。
パソコンの知識がなく急いでいるのですがどうしたらいいのでしょうか？

nv4_disp.dll-Address で問題がでているようなので、ご自身のパソコンのディスプレイドライバ（チップセット統合型のチップセットを使っているならば、チップセット用のドライバ）を最新版に更新してみてはどうですか？
