- use the `-RLIBDIR' linker flag

more information, such as the ld(1) and ld.so(8) manual pages.

プログラムを実行する際に以下のようなことをする必要があるというようなメッセージで、特にエラーを示すものではないです。

- 環境変数 LD_LIBRARY_PATH を設定する
(ex.) LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib

- リンク時に -L で指定したディレクトリを -R でも設定する
(ex.) -L/usr/local/lib --> -L/usr/local/lib -R/usr/local/lib
