ブルースクリーンが出たのでエラーチェックしたのですが

質問

DELL inspiron531 (windows vista HP )を使っています。

ネットをしていても動作が重いのが気になり、動画ファイルを削除した
りすっきりデフラグというソフトでデフラグをしたばかりです。

少し軽くなったと思っていたのですが、1週間後にブルースクリーンが
出ました。
メッセージを書き取る前に消えて再起動がかかったのですが、今日また
出たので、また書き留めましたが途中までやはり消えてしまいました。
(問題ない事もありますが2度ともwindows mailを開こうとすると固まり
ブルースクリーンになりました）

復元しても意味はないでしょうか？

＞再起動がかかったのですが

「コントロールパネル」「システム」「詳細設定」「起動と回復」「設定」「システムエラー」「自動的に再起動する」のチェックを外してブルー画面を停止させ、（1）システムエラーの対処（Stop:0x0000007Aの検索などにより）

（2）セーフモード（電源入れロゴが出たらF8を軽くトントン叩きセーフモードなどのメニューで「前回正常時の構成」を選び起動）で少しのトラブルは修復することがあります。

（3）「スタート」「すべてのプログラム」「アクセサリ」「システムツール」「システムの復元」（効果なければ「システムの復元」の取消しもできます）

（4）今のうちに（起動可能な状態の内に）データのバックアップ、リカバリするとか。

バックアップを慌ててやっているところですが、
２）も試してみようと思います。

ありがとうございます。

今後は自動起動を止めたら、強制終了して・・・再度電源を入れＦ８という
流れで良いのでしょうか。
