エラーメッセージ

DELL　INSPIRON　1150を使用しています。
エクセルを使っている最中に突然英文字メッセージが表れパソコンが使えなくなっていしまいました。
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
Aprocess or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.
If this screen appodrs again, fllow these steps.
Check to make sure any new hardweare or software manufacturer for any windows updatees you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to usesafe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 toselect Advanced StartUP option, and then select safe mode.
とありました。
強制終了させ暫く時間を空けて再起動させたのですがDELLロゴの後画面が暗くなった状態で再びのこ英文字が表れ先に進めません。
どなたか対処方法を教えてください。

とりあえず再起動したときにF8キーを押しっぱなしにして、SAFE MODEというものを選択して起動してみてください。
あと、何かソフトウェア、ハードウェアを問わず、インストールしたものがあれば、それを確認してみて、直らないようなら一旦アンインストールしてみてください。

エラーメッセージから読み取れるのはこのぐらいでした…。

ありがとうございました。
F8キーでSAFE　MODE起動をさせましたが結局またメッセージが出てきて先に進めず諦めて強制終了させ一晩使うのを空けました。
今朝起動させたら『問題は解消されました』とメッセージが出てきて今は使用できています。
いつまた起こるか分からないのでハードドライブに入っているデータをバックアップすることだけは忘れないようにしたいです。
