to write ”with”とする必要が分かりません。
withがあるので形容詞的用法だと思います。
もちろん、その指を使うことを意図しているのも分かりますが、
書く道具としての指を使える、と言うのは変じゃないですか？
物を書くためにのto writeでいい気がしています。
