メール送信後のエラーメールの内容と対策方法

質問

メールを送信した所、以下の内容のエラーが届きました。
翻訳を掛けてもいまいちピンと来ないです。
このメールでは何を話していて、送信側で何らかの対策が必要なのかそれとも相手方に
お願いしなければならないのかを分かる方がいれば教えて下さい。

メールにある以下の内容はマスキングして内容を編集しております

「aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd」

メールソフト：IBM Lotsu Notes（グループウェア内のメールソフト）
メールサーバー：自車で管理している。

48時間以上、宛先に届けられずにサーバーに溜まっています。
