Windowsが立ち上がらない・・・

質問

どうすればよいでしょうか？　ＰＣを立ち上げるとWindowsロゴが表示された後、以下のブルーバックが表示されます。（まれに上手く立ち上がることはあるのですが・・・）

以上が全文です、どのように対処すればよいか教えてください。
ちなみにPCは　東芝製ダイナブック　ＣＰＵはセレロンＭ1.4Mhz　メモリーは512Ｍ　です。
こちらは完全に素人です、わかりやすく教えていただけたら幸いです。

OSが壊れているのでまずリカバリーされてください、リカバリーが正常に完了してもWindousXpが起動出来ない場合や起動は出来たがしばらくするとまた起動出来なくなる場合はHDDが壊れていますのでHDD交換すればスッキリ解消出来ますよ。

NDIS.sysのエラーですね。

OSの再インストールが必要ですね。
ダイナブックならマニュアルの指示に従い、再セットアップして下さい。

pasocom

PCの起動時に「F8」キーを連打して「セーフモード」で立ち上げ、「システムの復元」をお試し下さい。
それでもダメなら、リカバリディスクからOSの再インストールです。
それも失敗するようなら、ハードウエアの不具合が考えられます。メーカーに修理に出して下さい。
