os再インストールエラー

今回自作製作です。ＢＩＯＳ画面問題なくいきますハードディスク、ドライブも認識してます。ぜひ、教えてください

この内容では答えようがないので、補足をお願いします。

「再インストール」とありますが

1. PCを以前製作し、今回はOSの再インストールのみをしたい
2. PCを今回製作し、一度OSが動いたが何らかの理由でOSを再インストールしたい
3. PCを今回製作し、OSを何度か入れ直しているが全く動かない

のどれでしょうか、またはもっと別のシチュエーションですか？

メッセージはPC起動時のどのタイミングで出るんでしょうか。
また直前のパーツ追加等、思い当たる節はまったくありませんか？

さらに、メッセージ内容も正確とは思えません。明らかにおかしい箇所がいくつもあります。
英文ですが、ご自分で読まれようとはしたのでしょうか？

最後に、自作PCであればパーツ構成も併記していただかないと答えるのは難しいです。
