左下にDownloadがあるのでこれをクリック
Want to register?(訳:登録したい？)というのがあるのでこれをクリック

username 任意のユーザー名
password 任意のパスワード
Enter password again:上と同じパスワード(確認用)
Your email address: メールアドレス
Enter your email address again:上と同じメールアドレス(確認用)
を入力したら

Submit(送信)を押すと
入力したアドレスに
「Action required to activate membership for Ultrashock Forums!」というメールが来るので

の指示に従って、登録完了のために下のリンクをクリック

うまくいかなかったらこの文章の下にあるアドレスをアドレスバーに貼り付ける

と出たら登録完了
click hereからメインに戻れます。この状態では既にログイン状態なので
先ほど同様にSneakerとdownloadをクリックします

ダウンロードは自動的に始まります。自動的に始まらなかったらhereをクリックしましょう。
それにしてもログアウトの方法がわからん(汗
