American Megatrends現れ動かない

質問

American Megatrendsという画面が現れて、動きません。
書いてある内容が何を意味して、どうすればいいか分かる方、教えてください。
以下にそのメッセージを書いておきます。お願い致します。

起動順序に問題がなければ、HDDにエラーがあり起動できない状況です
BIOS設定画面で起動順序を確認してHDDが1番になっていればHDD交換でリカバリですね。

「CMOS Settings Wrong」とか「CMOS Date/time Not Set」等が表示されるのなら、BIOS設定保持用電池の消耗です

カードリーダーにメディア（SDカード等）が入れっぱなしとか。

イヤフォンもさしっぱなしでしたが、そういうのも原因でしょうか。

BIOS設定保持用電池の交換は、業者でなければだめでしょうか。

さきほど、もう一回答頂いた方のＦ１を押したのですが、

また、新たなメセージが出てしまいました。

F1を押したところ、画面が青い色になり又、メッセージが出ています。

restrt your computer.If this screen appears again. follow these steps:

chek to make sare any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation.ask your hardware or software manufa cture for any windows
updates your might need.

If problems continue.disable.or.remove any nealy installed hardware of sofutware.
Disable.Blos memory options such as caching or shadming.
If you need to use safe mode to more or disable componets.restart your conputer.press F8
to select Advanced startup options.and then Select safe Mode.

F1を押せば進みます。
F2を押すとBIOSメニューに入ります。

BIOSが初期化された場合に出るメッセージです。
