eBayで出品中にエラーが出てしまいます。
アメリカのeBayで出品手続きをしていたら以下のようなエラーが出てしまいました。Paypalの登録が完了していない…？というような内容だと思うんですが、先日フランスeBayに出品した際にはちゃんと登録できて金銭の受け取りもできました。
何がよくなかったのかお分かりの方がいましたら教えていただけないでしょうか？
