あるメールの文章をみせて、 「このメールの文章はなんだと思いますか？」 というクイズを出すときにどう言えばよいですか？？ おしえてください！

どうやらウイルスにやられたようで、通常画面下に出る時間やスタートのアイコン等が一切表示されず、システムの復元も出来ない状態です。 インターネットは使える時と使えない時があり、internet security2010なる英語の画面が頻繁に出ます。 スタートアイコンが出ないので勿論保存しているデータも見れない状況で、プログラム一覧等も見れません。パソコンはあまり詳しくないので対処法が解りません。 再セットアップが出きればするのですが、今までのデータが全て消えてしまうので出きれば避けたいと思っています。 データを消さずに直す方法があれば教えていただきたくメールしました。どうか宜しくお願い致します。
