9月にインターネットでobitzというで会社経由で、copa航空のチケットを購入しました。(メキシコからブラジル)
しかし、ブラジルのVISAがスムーズに取れなかったので、仕方なく取り止めてキャンセルをしました。旅行から帰ってきた今、キャンセル料は戻ってこないのかと思い、メールをしてみましたが返事の訳がわかりません(´Д` )どなたかわかりやすく教えてくださいませんか?

Thank you for contacting Orbitz.
I understand that you wish to inquire about the cancellation fee.
After checking your account, I do see a canceled flight to Rio De Janeiro on December 29, 2011.
Upon reviewing, it appears that as per the provisions of your ticket, you have canceled the reservation and its value can be held for future travel.
You may be eligible to use the value of a cancelled flight itinerary toward the purchase of another. Restrictions on the validity of ticket (the deadline for rebooking) vary by airline.
Please call Orbitz Customer Service at (888) 656-4546 from the US and 001-312-416-0018 from outside the US. Our customer service agents must assist, since our web site does not allow customers to complete this change and use any remaining value toward the purchase of a new ticket once the original itinerary has been canceled.
Please Note:
• Expect an Orbitz and airline change fee. Generally speaking, the total change fees typically average about $180.00 per ticket.
• You also may be required to pay a difference in fares if the new flight itinerary’s fare is more than the original (based on availability).
• The name on an airline ticket must stay the same.
• You must travel on the same airline (cannot change it from one airline to another).
We value you as a customer and look forward to serving you again in the future.
