英英辞典をみてもいまいち・・・。
listsの用例として、
lists of potential suspect
可能性がある容疑者のリスト
とあるのですが、
なんで、これ、list of ,,,,じゃないんでしょうか？
もしかして、
lists of potential suspect = list of potential suspects
ですか？
※ list/lists じゃなくて他の単語でそんな用法があったきがするので、、、
(a thousands of でも groups of でもなく・・・なんだったかな・・・）

というのがある一方で、
「In communication system
and being tracked on

という「list」と「lists」の混在があるからです。
