仮定法のas ifについての質問です。
このときの「as」はどういう働きをしているのでしょうか？
また、このas ifの後に来るのは節なのですか、句なのですか？
また、下の文章のように、as～as ifとなる時の考え方がわかりづらいです。
He speaks Chinese as fluently as if he were a native.
（まるでネイティブのように彼は流暢に中国語を話す。）
このような形は見たことがないので、これが英作文として出たときに作れる自信がありません。
