ちょっとした、ジョークを考えなくてはいけません。文法もですがおかしいところを直して教えていただけると助かります。よろしくお願いします。
One day an old woman came and spoke to me in French. I said to her in French with confidence.
『Je'ne parle pas de Francais』
She smiled and told to me in French more and more.
This time, I got good luck and bad luck.
Good luck is this. She understood my French. Bad luck is this. She didn't understand my feeling.
Because the meaning of that sentence is I cannot speak French.

I said to her in French with 　→　I answered(respond) to her in French with
She smiled and told to me in French more and more. →　She smiled and told me in French 　あるいは　She smiled and talked to me in French
more and more. →　again and again　も使えると思います。
This time, I got good luck and bad luck. →　This time, I have experienced two different things at the same time.
Good luck is this. →　One thing is this.
Bad luck is this. →　And another thing is this.
Because the meaning of that sentence is I cannot speak French →　Because you know, I told the old lady at the beginning is "I cannot speak French" in French.

This time, I got good luck(news) and bad luck(news).
Good luckとかBad luckはたまたま幸運なことや不運なことがあったときに使われるもので、今回の文にあるような使い方は普通しません。単に、良かったこと、悪かったことという場合には、Good newsとBad newsをよく使います。

Good luck(news) is this. She understood my French. Bad luck(news) is this.
