メール システムエラー

質問

先日会社で送ったメールがいくつか戻っていました。
内容は下記の通りです。
何故かドメインが　yahoo.co.jp、ybb.ne.jpのものだけです。
こんな事は初めてです。
お分かりの方教えて下さい！！

This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

Your message was not delivered because the destination computer was
not reachable within the allowed queue period. The amount of time
a message is queued before it is returned depends on local configura-
tion parameters.

Most likely there is a network problem that prevented delivery, but
it is also possible that the computer is turned off, or does not
have a mail system running right now.

Your message was not delivered within 0 days and 3 hours.
Host yahoo.co.jp is not responding.

The following recipients did not receive this message:

＞どうしてYahooだけなのか不思議です。

ご利用のODNの送信サーバーは、宛先やCCなどに入れたドメイン（メールアドレス）が登録されたそれぞれの受信サーバーと連絡を取って送信を試みますが、その際、何らかの理由でメールを送信しても、相手側が受信しない場合は、送信サーバー側で決めている一定期間、そのメールの送信を試みます。

しかし、その一定期間にも受信してくれなかったので送信を諦めて、送信者にその旨のメッセージを返してきたわけで、たまたまYahooの受信サーバー(pop.mail.yahoo.co.jp又はybbpop.mail.yahoo.co.jp)に障害が起こっていたのではないですか？

次のエラーメールの対処方法のページにある「Your message was not delivered within * days」と同じエラーメッセージのように思えますが。

送信を試みている間（3時間？）には、相手の受信サーバーが受信できなかったとのことなので、再送をしてみることや宛先のサーバ管理者（Yahoo？）への問合せを対処法に挙げているようですが。
