仮定法現在では、if節中の動詞は現在形なので、

仮定法とすると、if節が現在形で主節が未来形を取るとすると
If　I won'tは　IF I don'tでは？
その他はOK

(1)If I can't get good grade, I won't go to a college.
これも、仮定法とするとif節が？ですね、if節にcanを取ると、canの意味合いが仮定法と同居はしないと思うのですが・・canでも文法的な間違いは無いと思いますが、主節が未来形でなくてはならないという法則が成り立ちません(未来形・現在形どちらでも構わないはず）。
If I don't get good grade, I won't go to a colleage.
が自然と思いますが・・

(2)Bob won't go to a vacation this summer, If he can't get a cheap ticket.
go on vacationに文法的な間違いはないと思います。カンマ(,)はいらないと思います。
Bob won't go on a vacation this summer If he doesn't get a cheap ticket.

(4)Will you be happy, if you can get the job?
カンマ(,)は要らないと思います。

は正しいはずですが、「単に仕事が得ることができたら」と言っているだけで仮定法とは違いますよね。
