ebay出品できません

質問

はじめてｅｂａｙに出品を試みましたが、出品完了までいきません。

はじめＩＤ、パスワードを入力し、出品詳細事項の画面に変わりステップ事に入力し、確認もしContinueを押しまたID、パスワードを入力する際パスワードが違っているのか？何度も試しましたが、

パスワードも変えて試しましたが同じでした。
PAYPALアカウントはもちろん登録済です。

何かが誤りがありそうなのですが・・・
わかりません。ご存知の方教えて下さい。お願い致します。

ブラウザは何をお使いでしょうか。
また、Cookie は有効にされていますか。
複数のブラウザで eBay の挙動が全く異なることを発見したものですから。
