はじめまして。現在windowsXPsp2のノートpcを使用しています。昨日pcを立ち上げたまま席を立って戻って来ると、真っ青な画面に A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to preventdamage to your computer. Technical information: ***STOP:0x0000000A (0x000207B0,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x804DCB9E)と書かれた警告が。 強制終了して再起動した時に、いつもはしない鈍い回転音がしました。このPCを購入して一年半くらい経ちますがここ半年ほど起動時、長い時間使用していると、以前はしなかったブーンという金属が擦れる様な音がまれに聞こえます。ただ昨日聞いた鈍い回転音は初めて聞くものでした。現在は起動時にその様な音も無く起動しております。ウイルスバスター2006で検索しましたがウイルスなどは見つかりませんでした。今後最悪の場合などを考えて、どの様な策を講じればよいのでしょうか？当方パソコン暦も浅く人並み程度の知識しかございませんのでどなたかお力添えしていただけないでしょうか。読みづらい文章で申し訳ありませんが宜しくお願い致しますm(_ _)m
